Our Shipping Process

  1. Carefully Packed for Freshness
    Each order is meticulously prepared and packed to maintain the quality, taste, and texture of our premium Dubai Chocolate and other perishable delights. Insulated packaging and temperature-controlled solutions are used where necessary to ensure your order stays fresh during transit.

  2. Express Delivery Across Australia
    Through our partnership with MailPlus, we offer express shipping to most locations across the country. This ensures that your products spend as little time in transit as possible, arriving at your doorstep in peak condition and ready to enjoy.

  3. Guaranteed Freshness
    With MailPlus’s expertise in handling perishable items, we guarantee that your delivery will arrive fresh, intact, and just as delicious as when it left our store.


Shipping Times and Details

  • Processing Time: Orders processed with 24 hours.
  • Express Delivery:  Orders are shipped via express service on Mondays and Thursdays, ensuring overnight delivery. In most metropolitan areas across Australia, packages typically arrive the next day.
  • Delivery Days: Tuesdays & Friday (excluding public holidays).

We also offer tracking so you can monitor your order from the moment it leaves our kitchen to its arrival at your door.

Shipping FAQs

  • What happens if my order is delayed?
    Our priority is to ensure your order arrives fresh. In the rare event of a delay, MailPlus’s perishable food handling expertise minimizes the impact on quality, but we encourage you to contact us if you have any concerns.

  • Do you deliver to remote locations?
    Yes! Through MailPlus, we deliver to most areas across Australia. Some remote locations may take slightly longer, but we’ll ensure your order is packed to maintain freshness.

  • What if I’m not home for delivery?
    If the recipient isn’t at home, a few things will happen:

    The courier will leave the goods at the front or back door if the recipient isn't home and if there is a safe place to do so. If there is nowhere safe to leave the box e.g. apartment concierge/reception not accepting deliveries, the box will be marked for return. Please note that not all boxes can be returned back to us as we work with external couriers and they charge a fee to return the box and therefore a remake or re-delivery fee may apply if you require a new delivery.

  • Rest of Australia:
    Your delivery will be left at a safe place if no one is able to sign for it. If there is nowhere safe to leave the delivery, your order will be taken to the nearest post office for collection.

  • Shipping Policy for Damaged or Destroyed Items
    Once your order leaves our store, it is handed over to a trusted third-party carrier for delivery. Please note that we are not responsible for any damage, loss, or destruction of items that may occur during transit.

    If your order is damaged or destroyed upon arrival, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to resolve the issue, as they are responsible for the handling and delivery of your package. We will be happy to assist by providing any necessary documentation or information to support your claim with the carrier.
